10. Update of Wills

Back to front page

We have received an increase number of enquiries from clients regarding updating their wills.  We have sought advice from our Estate Planning lawyers at Townsends Lawyers.

Estate planning strategies and Wills should be reviewed every 2 or 3 years, or whenever a major event occurs in the life of the Will-maker, such as:

  • getting married or divorced,

  • a property purchase or sale,

  • entering into a secured borrowing,

  • a birth or a death in the family, or

  • receiving a material inheritance.

If you would like to discuss your situation in detail, please contact info@townsendlaw.com.au
